It has been suggested in public administration literature that the introduction of e-Governance and ICT led automation of government departments may lead to organizational changes in the way public services are delivered. The Central Mission Mode e-Governance project of National e-Governance Plan “e-Office‟ under the governance of Kerala State IT Mission . As the part of Mission mode project e-office was implemented in Secretariat LSG Department ,Government of Kerala. This report titled “Impact study of e-office in Secretariat LSGD Government of Kerala “ is a study impact of e-Office in Secretariat LSGD , Kerala. The impact of e-Office project was assessed by examining difference in service levels before and after the e-Office project was augmented by the organizations. The assessment frame work mainly focuses on some of the aspects of e-Governance tools . The result will improve the quality of e-office implementation for new installation.
